Chinese football club giant Shanghai SIPG, based in Shanghai are already in agreement to spend whoopy £60 million to land Chelsea, Brazilian super star in the club in which a former Chelsea player and Sunderland coach, Gus Poyet manages, the midfielder will be the third highest earner in the game, according to report/

There are rumours that the Chinese clubs are lining up other big stars of the game to sign, amongst whom are Carlos Tevez, Edinson Cavani and Javier Pastore who plays alongside with Cavani in PSG, France.

And France Football reported that Paris St-Germain and Uruguay striker Edinson Cavani could join newly promoted Tianjin Quanjian - managed by former Italy defender Fabio Cannavaro for a 50m euros (£41.79m) fee and a £16.7m salary.
It is also rumoured that the club also want Argentina midfielder Javier Pastore from the French champions.
