She complained that the Mess is no longer conducive for her and the four months old baby.

The complete family of Mr and Mrs Oruru appeared in court yesterday telling news crew that their daughter is badly treated in the sense that she is not getting the attention a nursing mother should be getting and later they thank the Bayelsa state government for being there for them since the whole issue of their daughter started.

Reacting to the whole issue, Mrs Oruru said: "We are confined to a room and are not allowed to go out. We, including the new born baby, stay with our trash bin and the room stinks. The world should know that we are suffering and have been abandoned for no reason.

"People from Bayelsa have been assisting us and even the police officers, but we want to leave the Mess for our house, because the place is not a good place to nurse a new born baby.

On the other hand, Mr Oruru appealed to Delta State government to please come to their aide to enable Ese go back to school,

He added: "My daughter has been crying, saying she wants to go back to school as her classmates are now ahead of her.

"She has lost a whole year to this saga and she is not doing anything in the Police protective custody, while the accused is enjoying freedom on bail.

" am begging Delta State government, Nigerians and the world at large to come to our aide because she is suffering.

Mr Oruru stated reason why he is appealing to the Delta state government to com e to their because he have five children and Ese is second to the last and he want to be able to train them in school and that his family is his priority.

However the case have since be adjourned to December 8, 2016.
