The town of Kilis is believed to have been the most populated place in Turkey Syrian refugees have flee to since the war in Syria broke out.
Earlier this year Kilis was attacked by ISIS killing dozens of people by its rockets.
The attack may had be because of the Turkish troops that have invaded the occupied Islamic State in Syrian last month to free the Syrian Army rebels from the terrorist group.
More details will be communicated as soon as they are available.
