"The Minister of information and culture to Nigeria's special assistance on warns the members of the public, that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has lunched a mobile application for propagating Jihad to children all over the world in which Nigeria is not an exception.
"With the mobile application ISIS will be able to teach children the Arabic alphabets with the aid of guns, military tanks and cannons as the application is tagged "Huroof"
"According to the Minister the mobile application has a colourful illustrations that could attract children easily and wants parents to be extremely vigilant and always monitor their children so they wont be indoctrinated.
