    Breaking News As Ekweremadu Granted Bail

    The Deputy Speaker of Nigeria was arraigned in Court along side his boss, Dr Bukola Saraki over alleged forgery.

    The case is technically adjourned to Monday, Juy 11th by the presiding judge, for this reason both of them were granted bail, the Senate President and his Deputy, asking them to provide two sureties, with properties in Abuja, Asokoro, Maitama, Wuse or Garki area to be precise.

    The reason why they were granted bail, was that, the second defendant's  will evaded trial, should be discountenanced and that the second defendant who is a Deputy Chief Clerk appeared before the court without persuasion from anybody.

    Section 164 (b) of the Administration Criminal Justice Act, Quote, "One can be refused bail when one has attempted to evade trial not service" as argued by the prosecution, Diri said.

    The trial will now continue 11 July 2016.
