    Fire outbreak has left more than 40 dead in California and investigations are on-going to know what caused the fire

    After fire gotted a building conerted to warehouse in Oakland, California, more than 40 people are feared dead but investigation that is ongoing, believes death toll might surpass the mentioned numbers, Authourities have said.

    According to Teresa Deloche-Reed, the chief of Oakland fire service said between 50 and 100 people were thought to have been inside the venue before fire gotted the building.

    As at the time of the fire, it was 23:30 local time on Friday (07:30), police has reporte, and at time, there was concert hosting by electronic group Golden Donna, along with other six different acts, according to a post on Facebook.

    There were no sprinkler system neither there were alarm system on the building and it prevented us from getting information about the fire outbreak, Ms Deloche-Reed said on their arriver to the scene.

    The chief added, there were furniture, mannequins and some other objects packed inside the building, that prevented us from putting away the fire that led to many dead.

    "It was filled end to end with furniture, whatnot, collections. It was like a maze almost."

    "The only exit from the second floor was a staircase made from wooden pallets" Ms Deloche-Reed has said.

    The current investigation going on, is to know whether there have been building regulations consigning the Oakland Ghost Ship, and according to the city's building and planning chief Darin Ranellerri, said there have been various complains about the building that people were living in the building illegaly because it was not on the building plan of the city.

    What caused the fire is still yet unknown as investigation is on-ongoing, authorities have said.

    Now more investigation is going on as to know whether there is special permit for the area to be used for habitation and as well as artist's studio.
