In the early hours of Tuesday morning, a school bus carrying students to school from Dikomo to Kyrenia on the northern side of Cyprus, collided with a truck leaving two students dead and the driver on the spot, the students are said to be 16-year-old each, also girls.

Many were also injured in the collision and according to Turkish Cypriot media, some of the injured persons in critical conditions are under-going surgery.
The two 16-year-old students that lost their lives together with the driver were seating in from of the school bus, according to Faiz Soutiouoglou one of the health official.
However doctor attending to the injured persons, appeal to the public to donate blood to help save the lives of those injured.
