In the on going corruption case linking to Prime Minister Netanyahu, Israeli police have included two close associates of the Prime Minister and have the two in custody because it seem they are supsected to have played a strong role in the ranging corruption case.
The Israeli police have so far identified the two suspects as Nir Hefetz, a former Netanyahu spokesman, and Shlomo Filber, the former director of the communications ministry under Netanyahu.
The two suspects have been identified and accused of having played a strong role in promoting and lodging millions of dollars into Bezeq telecom company in return of favourable coverage for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in popularity of news broadcast.
Shaul Elovitch, Chairman of Bezeq telecom company, along with wife, son and other high executives are all in custody, while former journalist that was in charge of the site claimed he was being pressured to cover up and turn blind eye on the negative report of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
