Following the players outburst during the horrific challenge on Chelsea's defender David Luiz by Manchester City's striker Sergio Aguero, which saw the striker shown a straight red card, the English governing body, FA has charged both premier league clubs (Manchester City and Chelsea) after handing four match ban to Sergio Aguero.

The outburst happened when Manchester City hosted Chelsea in a premier league game that saw the London Club ran away with 1-3 victory at the Etihad Stadium, the home of City.

Manchester City is one of the title rivals to Chelsea and the London Club was able to overcome them after coming from behind to defeat the Manchester Club, Diego Costa scored the equalizer and Willian scoring the second for Chelsea while Eden Hazard rapped it up, making it 1-3 to top the premier league table with 34-points after 14 games played.

    Fernadinho attacking Fabregas
The FA has taken a dim view of the incident, which occurred in the 95th minute, and has charged both clubs for "failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour."

Manchester City and Chelsea are expected to respond till December 8 on the charges.

The FA also confirmed that Fabregas will face no retrospective action for his part in the coming together with Fernandinho.

Fabregas was shown seemingly tapping his opponent on the face, but a three-man panel of former elite referees decided that Fabregas' indiscretion was not worthy of a red card.
