Chelsea kept pace with the leading pack in the Premier League as they moved into fourth place with an impressive win at Southampton.

The Blues took the lead when Eden Hazard capitalized on poor marking before cutting inside Steven Davis and powering a shot through the legs of keeper Fraser Forster in the 6th minutes to give Chelsea the lead. 

Southampton had plenty of the ball but could not find a way through a well-drilled Chelsea's defence, Chelsea later later found the back of the net again through prolific striker Diego Costa in the Diego Costa in 55th minutes  from 22 yards.

The win against Southampton is the Chelsea's forth straight league victory in a row, Chelsea last had such victories in a row since 2015, currently the Blues are a point behind Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool.
