The ex-boyfriend of the late aspiring singer was meant to appear in court this morning in AtlantaNick Gordon has reportedly been found responsible for the wrongful death of his late girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown.
American reporter Jennifer Leslie tweeted this afternoon: "#BREAKING - By ignoring court, Nick Gordon found responsible for wrongful death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. #11Alive."

According to court documents seen by Radar Online, the 26 year old was told to attend a hearing at Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court this morning.

Jennifer also claims attorneys for Bobbi's estate cite Gordon's Dr Phil interview as proof he "thumbed nosed" at court.

He cried during the bombshell one-on-one chat and claimed the 22 year old turned to drugs to help her cope with mum's death.
Gordon told Dr Phil that Bobbi's habit became "really bad" after she died, explaining: "It's unfortunate but at the time it’s the only way we knew how to deal with what happened."
World famous singer Whitney and her daughter both passed away after being found unconscious in a bath, just three years apart, and Gordon was there on both occasions.
He sat down for a two-part interview and hit out at those who have blamed him for the deaths of Whitney and Bobbi.
"Regardless of what everybody thinks, I made Krissy and Whitney's last few years on earth as happy as they would be," he said.
"I gave them somebody to trust to, to talk to, to be there, someone genuine."
And he was especially scathing about Bobbi's father, Bobby Brown, claiming: "[Bobby] hurt his own daughter, not me. I was the one there for her while she was dealing with him not being there.
Speaking out in a tell-all interview with the Sun on Sunday, he also said: "What happened to Krissy was Krissy’s own doing, sad as it is. I didn't get to go to my fiancee's funeral. There's a lot of regret there.
"On the day I went to the beach and watched the waves. It was something she liked to do and I talked to her and I cried."
Bobbi Kristina spent six months fighting for her life in a coma after she was discovered face-down in a bath at the start of 2015.
She died on July 26 of that year, and an autopsy has since ruled that a fatal cocktail of marijuana, booze and anxiety drugs led to her drowning.
Bobbi's father is said to have banned Nick from visiting his daughter while she was in hospital, and also at her funeral.
In fact, Bobby sensationally spoke out recently to blame Gordon for the death of his daughter.
