    Turkey Terrorism Update: 28,000 teachers sacked in Turkey for a possible terrorism links

    More than 28,000 teachers have been sacked and 9,500 others are facing probation over alleged links to terrorism. 

    Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Nurettin Canikli, said investigationa are currently going on on the teachers that are suspended.

    Nurettin Canikli in his words said, "As part of our fight against terrorism, necessary measures have been carried out on teachers along with other civil servants assessed to be linked with terrorist organisations."

    15 universities and about 1,000 secondary schools linked to Fethullah Gulen has long been shut down after the military failed coup in July 15 2016.

    The closure of these schools has left over 200,000 students that has links in those academics worrying and wondering over how their educational records are going to affect their coming future lives when it comes to using their qualifications.
