This is what you get when you go beyond what your body can take: See moment young Britons goes beyond excitement just because they have gotten admission into the university by partying all through the night (Pictures)

There were manic scenes in Manchester as new students were seen lying in the street, and even publicly urinating after a night of celebration

Wild university students are adjusting to their new lives by hitting hit city centres across the UK for Freshers' Week.

Chaotic images have emerged from Manchester, where new students from Manchester and Salford universities painted the town red at pubs and nightclubs across the city.

Some students were pictured lying in the street, while others urinated in public without a care in the world.

Manchester is home to approximately 80,000 students, and security has been stepped up for the traditionally boozy week.

More staff have even been drafted in to crack down on nuisance behavior in notorious student areas.

University bosses have hired two security guards to act as ‘visible guardians’ in Fallowfield during key dates in the first academic term, including Freshers’ Week and Halloween.

They are providing reassurance to residents while acting as ‘professional witnesses’ gathering evidence of anti-social behavior and presenting it to campus bosses who will then take action.

Local councilor Rebecca Moore said the move thought to be one of the first of its kind - will be mutually beneficial to both students and neighbours.

She said: “They will act as a visible guardian and a professional witness who can gather evidence of any problems.

“This scheme will be good for a lot of residents and for students as it will hopefully make them feel a bit safer.

“Most students are good neighbours and it’s a shame that a minority cause problems. We hope this pilot scheme will be beneficial for everybody.”
