The newly born calf can only stand with her four leg and cant walk around in circle or even turn around as well as feeds, she struggles but can't do anything of her own.
The double faced calf was born in a farm owned by one Stan McCubbin.
Mr McCubbin said: "I was stunned when i sighted the newly born calf and thought it twin calves lying together on the spot.
The little calf does not only have double face but also have four eyes, from which only two can be blinked, two noses, two ear and two month which move the same time.
Mr Stan McCubbin, from Taylor County in Kentucky, in his words also told reporters that, "From a distance, I thought I had twins lying together. I saw two noses. I thought it was twins and then when I saw her, I was just completely blown away."
Every member of McCubbin's family were stunned when they saw the young calf and said the young animal was lucky to have survived up till this moment and said they are not certain of how long it will live on with such condition.
"I'm just thinking, 'How many days do we have?' and I mean, it's a blessing that we get to go through this with our children and our family and it's just something unique and rare", McCubbin said.
