    Railway fan tagged in chilling Facebook photo of man hanging out of train 5 years before horror accident

    The railway fan who was killed leaning out of a Gatwick Express window was tagged in a chilling Facebook photo of a man hanging out of a moving train five years ago.

    Simon Brown, from East Grinstead, West Sussex, suffered a fatal head injury after being struck by an oncoming train in south London on Sunday evening.

    In 2011, the 24-year-old was tagged in an image showing a carefree man dangling out of the window of a 37255 locomotive on the Great Central Railway, Mirror Online can exclusively reveal.

    In the picture, the young male can be seen leaning forward, with his torso, shoulders and head out of the window and his arms raised high in the air.

    The haunting snap was posted on the social network by Simon's friend on February 14, 2011, accompanied by the caption: "Toby and Simon behind 37255."
