A model who claimed to have slept with Cristiano Ronaldo and famously posts revealing photos of her body as a reward for players when her team wins, has stripped off for playboy magazine.

The cover, for the Venezuelan edition of the magazine, shows Daniella Chavez covering her nipples with a red and yellow card with a whistle around her neck.

The 29-year-old made headlines last year when she claimed she had an affair with Cristiano Ronaldo while he was still in a relationship with Irina Shayk.

Speaking of their alleged dalliance she said: "Cristiano was pretty shy at first.

"But when he grew in confidence, he was some guy, although I think I still intimidated him.

"He loved me, he just tried not to show it."

And she recently caused a scandal again when she made controversial comments about the Argentine Squads performance during the Copa America final against Chile.

She said: "I have received many insults from Argentines, but it’s not my fault they don’t know how to shoot penalties and that Messi played the final in diapers."

The football fan says she got an angry response from Messi supporters, but let it go.
