Both Rnaldo and Messi had a hectic football competition for their respective countries and decided to cool off in the beach.

The two current greatest footballers in the world today Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were spotted in the beach resort in Ibiza, Spain. 

The Barcelona and Real Madrid star are a few yachts away from each other in the warm waters of the Mediterranean in proximity to their base in Spain. 

Fans were on the lookout the for the Argentine for an opportunity to take pictures but they were surprised when Ronaldo arrived in a black car with family and friends.

Messi had already been in the beach a few days back with his family but the Portuguese captain surfaced the scene to catch fans unaware. 

The duo had contrasting campaigns for their respective countries in the Copa America and the just concluded Euro 2016 tournament in France. 

Ronaldo is still in high spirit in the incredible achievement he had with Portugal in the Euro 2016 triumph over France. 

Messi fell at the last hurdle to Chile at the Copa America tournament played in the United States which led to his retirement from international football and also contending with tax issues with the National Court.
