Going for a run can make the most confident of people feel incredibly self-conscious.
But one woman was completely outraged after a man interrupted her halfway through a jog around her neighbourhood to give her some unwanted 'advice' about her body.
Michelle Kirk, from Florida, shared a selfie to her Facebook page after her body shaming run-in with the stranger, in which she holds up her middle finger to the camera.
Seething, she wrote: "To the nasty old man who stopped me mid run to inform me that I need to get a better sports bra because my boobs are sagging and will only sag more if I continue to run... f*** you.
"You are the reason why women have insecurities. If you don't like the way my boobs 'sag' when I run, then don't look!
"I will never stop doing what I love and I love myself way to much to have your hate bring me down!" (sic)
There were some comments from disturbed persons.
One person said she 'loved it' and called Michelle a 'hot mom'.

Another commented: "What an asshole! You're an absolutely beautiful woman. Don't ever let some pos loser get you down."
However there was an amusing suggestion from another person, saying: "You should have told him his balls are sagging and there is no ball bra to help him."
Someone else said: "That is so sad. He is so sad. You are awesome. You inspire me all the time. Keep going!!!"
