Thousands of fans cheered Portuguese players up immediately their plane touched the ground in Lisbon, Portugal after the Euro 2016 final victory against France which ended 1-0 after extra-time.

The plane was watered by coloured water in red and green, the Portuguese flag colour worn by the national football team.
