Meet the woman who got her Breast reduced after complaining of back pain but says she is no longer confident the way she looks

Due to the back ache Lala was struggling with, she had to undergone an operation that had doctor removed 4lbs from her breasts.

Lala an artist decided to have reduction surgery because her J cup breasts were causing her back pain has posted on her social media page that doctors removed almost 4lbs from her weight but says she is no longer happy the way her body looks.

Instagram star 'Lala' took to her social networking page to post graphic images of her chest after the procedure.

The online star, who posts hair and tattoo tutorials on her YouTube channel, revealed her scarred breasts which she says have been reduced to a D to DD cup after a weight equivalent to almost two bags of sugar was removed.

Citing back pain as the main reason for her decision, the Salt Lake City resident says that she felt good following the operation.

After the surgery, which took place last month, she told her 11,800 followers: "I'm very swollen on my sides and stuff, but I feel like my boobies are doing pretty good.

"I feel weird looking in my clothes, but I think that's mostly due to the swelling. I also have times where I'm suuuuuper dizzy or nauseous. I'm not in a ton of pain which is a major plus," she added.

On Sunday, Lala posted again that she was feeling ready to go back to work, adding that she was "already feeling the physical benefits for my back/neck/shoulders".

But, she admitted, she has been struggling with getting her head round her new body.

"Mentally, I'm not doing so great," she wrote .

"I don't like how anything looks that I wear... I lost my confidence. I haven't struggled like this in years and it sucks."

She said that she doesn't want to wear dresses or even do her hair and make up, adding: "I've cried every day since surgery."

She admits that before her surgery she loved the way she looked, and had not elected to get a reduction because of what she saw in the mirror.

Now, she says: "It's time to just get comfortable in my new skin, but I know it will take time."

The honest post has been liked more than 150 times, with commenters offering their support.
