Ginny Chapman
Ginny Chapman is suffering from back pain due to her massive breasts, which weighs one-and-a-half stone and is affecting her career but doctors has refused to operate her as they said her case is not "exceptional"
She has to splash out on £95 personalised bras because her breasts are so big but doctors say her case isn't exceptional enough for NHS surgery.
"They are a curse. I'm in constant agony and I can't believe they don't think I qualify for the operation.
"I can't pay until I have a good job it is a vicious circle."
Ginny, from York, said she would love to go to the gym but instead watches her friends play basketball.
The hospital trust which considered the application said the case was not deemed to be "clinically exceptional".
An NHS Scarborough and Ryedale Clinical Commissioning Group statement said: "The patient does have the opportunity to appeal. To date, no appeal has been received."
The operation has been refused despite scroungers such as Josie Cunningham claiming boobs jobs on the NHS.
Clearly forgetting where her new chest came from, Josie recently hit out at people getting gastric bands on the NHS.
She posted on Twitter: "Sick of people who get gastric bands on the NHS uploading Facebook pics and people saying 'You've done so well.' Wath have they done exactly?"
