Rapper, Kanye West has re-united with his family after weeks of hospitalization, Kanye has been taking treatment in UCLA Medical Center since November 22, he is said to have been treated for exhaustion and depression, report says.

Report also said, all the moment Kanye was in hospital, the wife, Kim Kardanshian was all by his side in the hospital.

Kanye West broke down after he was on tour in San Jose, California, which he also spoke about his ambition on politics.

Kanye voiced out his support for controversial Donald Trump who has just been elected as the next president of the United State of America and wish for blacks to stop talking about racism.

While reacting on the health of his son-inlaw, Kris Jenner said: "He's exhausted. He's just really tired," Jenner said. "He's had a grueling tour and it's been a grind, so he just needs to rest."
