The scene of the crash as fire fighters are trying to put off the fire
Malta plane crash has leave at-least five people dead in the early hours of Monday in its International Airport.
The five people that have lost their lives have not been identified according to report.
There was reports emanating that they were officials from the EU's border agency but have since been denied. Frontex said the plane was "not deployed by" them and said "none of their staff were involved".
Immediately after the rumour of EU border agency members are being involved in the plane crash, Malta International Airport officials released a statement confirming the deaths.
The airport is currently closed down "until further notice".
According to eyewitnesses, who explained to Time of Malta said the plane took off successfully before turning on its side and going "straight down into the ground".
