A report coming from a local media in Utsunomiya city of Japan shows were multiple blast have claimed a life and leaving at-least three persons injured, what caused the blast is yet to unraveled according to the a fire department spokesperson.
The multiple blast took place at about 11.30am local Japanese time in the capital of Tochigi Prefecture, which is about 60 miles north of Tokyo, it is shown that two cars were burnt according to the pictures local residents posted on Twitter.

It is said to had happened during a local festival celebration known as traditional culture that was taking place in a popular park, since then police have sealed off the scene and the festival have been cancelled.
An eye witness of the blast explained to a Tokyo based NHK World broadcaster that he heard a "big sound and later smelled gun-powder"
Investigation is currently going on to know exactly what caused the multiple blast.
