    Fire out-break in a hospital in India leaves 20 dead and several injured

    It has been a disaster in an eastern India hospital after a fire broke out of the hospital leaving at-least twenty (20) people dead as at the time of filing this report.

    According to a report, the fire started off from intensive care unit (ICU) of  the SUM hospital, a private facility in the city of Bhubaneswar in Orissa state.
    As at the time of the wide fire, dozens of patients have since been evacuated to other medical facilities in the city and about 120 firefighters have been mobilized as well to over-power the fire out-break.

    So far so good the fire have been put under control, reacting to the weird fire the Prime Minister said he was "anguished" by the fire.

    Those that witnessed the fire out-break said the fire is suspected have been caused by an electric cable circuit and some of the victims that died from the fire out-break was mostly by the smoke that was coming out of the fire.

    Arati Ahuja, the state health secretary told BBC that: "The fire left 20 people dead and more than 100 people injured. They have been admitted to various hospitals in Bhubaneswar and the medical college in Cuttack."

    When the fire started some scared patients wanted to jump down through the window bu were calmed down by the police before later assisting them to escape.

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi, responding through twitter wrote: "Deeply anguished by the loss of lives in the hospital fire in Odisha. The tragedy is mind-numbing. My thoughts are with bereaved families."
