LinkedIn, a social media site was hacked in the year 2012, and ever since then there have been no trace of it but of recent in Prague a suspect who happens to be a Russian have been arrested.
The announcement came out just of recent because of some reasons best known the security officials and their are indications the suspect might be transferred to the United State.
It will be recall that sometime earlier in 2016, about 100 million LinkedIn logins were advertised for sale, and as at the time of making the arrest, the suspected complied without resist arrest in a hotel in central Prague, the capital of Czech Republic, according to Reuters news agency.

When the discovering of the hack news came out, LinkedIn thought it was just only a few accounts, the social media site which is known for its business oriented network went on to reset the few numbers suspected to have be compromised and made a continuous announcement that says: "Following the 2012 breach of LinkedIn member information, we have remained actively involved with the FBI's case to pursue those responsible.
"We are thankful for the hard work and dedication of the FBI in its efforts to locate and capture the parties believed to be responsible for this criminal activity."
According to Russian news agency 'Tass' Russia reacted to the news of the suspect being extradite to the US, that they are going to fight it, to make sure it never happens.
