    Didier Drogba again hunted Arsenal but His MLS all stars side lost after Arsenal's Akpom scored a late winner.

    Didier Drogba, Former Chelsea goal machine, now 38, did against the Gunners even when his former team-mate Cech was in goal, Drogba still squeeze the ball through to score.

    Arsenal grabbed a late goal to win 2-1 against the MLS All Stars after Didier Drogba scored his 16th career goal against the Gunners.

    Arsene Wenger told how he was glad to see the back of the 38-year-old Ivorian when he left Chelsea.

    He scored 15 goals against the Gunners in his Premier League career.

    Petr Cech admitted before the showpiece game in San Jose, California, on Thursday that if Drogba added to that remarkable record he would be on the receiving end of abuse for a whole year.

    Akpom won the Most Valuable Player trophy and the young striker spoke of his admiration for the old masters, including David Villa and Kaka, who were on show.

    "They have legends. Players I used to watch growing up,” he said.

    “I want to watch they are doing and try to score as many goals as possible."
