Nenadi Usman and Fani Kayode
A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos seeing to the hearing of the two accused has ordered that the two former ministers, Nenadi Usman, and Femi Fani-Kayode, be kept in prison till Friday when they will be able to provide the bail applications be available.
The two ex-ministers were said to have involved in various corrupt activities together with Danjuma Yusuf and a firm, Join-trust Dimensions Nigeria Limited.
They were both arraigned on Tuesday by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on a 17 count charges bordering on conspiracy, stealing, corruption and making cash payments more than worth the amount authorized by law.
Mrs. Nenadi Usman a Former Minister of Finance and Director of Finance of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organization in the 2015 presidential election.
While Mr. Fani Kayode was a former Aviation Minister. Fani Kayode also served as a Director on Media and Publicity on Election in PDP Presidential Campaign Organization.
They are alleged to have stolen illegally the sum of N4.9 billion belonging to the Federal Government of Nigeria.

In all the charges that were labeled against two ministers, the two pleaded not guilty to the 17 count charges.
